POLICY

Sales Channels and Partner Platforms

Our refund and rescheduling policies apply equally to all bookings and voucher purchases, whether made online, via direct offline sales, or through third-party platforms such as Yuup. Please note that when booking through partner platforms, their terms and conditions may also apply.

We understand that plans can change. Please see the details below for our policies regarding experiences and gift vouchers.

Experiences

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your experience booking for a full refund if you provide at least 5 days’ notice before the scheduled date.

  • Rescheduling Notice: Please provide at least 5 days’ notice if you wish to reschedule your experience. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

  • Short Notice Changes: For requests made with less than 5 days’ notice, please contact us at hello@foodtoursofbristol.com. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling, we will try to assist you.

  • Fees: A small fee may apply to cover any costs already incurred. We will discuss any fees with you before confirming changes.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers purchased through our website are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Vouchers must be redeemed according to the instructions provided and within the validity period stated at purchase.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers purchased via the Yuup platform are subject to Yuup’s own terms and conditions at the time of booking. Please refer to yuup.co for details.
